Anna holds a Master in International Customs Law and Administration from Canberra University, Australia; Masters inBusiness Administration and
Honors Degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. Anna is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, Accredited International Monetary Fund Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) Trainer and Golden Key Member.
Combined 30 years of in-depth experience across customs and excise regulations processes, taxation, and revenue policy issues. Expert in advisory services on any tax and customs matters. Provide guidance to new investors with respect to tax and customs obligations. Assist taxpayers in ensuring compliance with tax and customs laws and payroll issues. Experienced in education of taxpayers on tax and customs obligations, submission of tax returns, tax computations, and clearance of goods. Able to represent taxpayers on any customs appeals and tax objections. Experience in health checks for taxpayers and advise taxpayers on how to handle ZIMRA tax audits and investigations.
Moses is a holder of a Master of Philosophy in Taxation from the University of Pretoria, South Africa;a Masters in Business Administration from the Zimbabwe Open University and an Honours Degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe.
Combined 27 years of tax practice in direct and indirect taxes including customs and Value Added Tax. Compilation and monitoring of tax and customs procedures. Researching and processing tax objections and customs appeals. Explaining Zimbabwe tax laws to investors. Educating clients on customs and tax matters including obligations, submission of returns, preparation of tax computations and processing of goods clearance
in border posts.
